Our front of house works closely alongside the kitchen, retail, grocery, and the wider CIBI team to create seamless, meaningful experiences for our guests. We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional who cares deeply about guest experience, enjoys supporting and guiding others, and is motivated by building a genuine career in hospitality.

You’ll be part of a team that values care, curiosity, and continuous improvement. Beyond delivering excellent service, you’ll contribute to the culture, energy, and day-to-day rhythm of the floor while creating meaningful everyday experiences for our guests.

For the right person, this role carries a genuine pathway to FOH Supervisor. That step happens naturally — once you’re settled, trusted, and ready. We’re not in a rush, and we don’t expect you to be either.

Creating the CIBI Experience

• Delivering thoughtful, warm, and efficient front of house service that reflects the CIBI way
• Working at pace through busy service periods — staying composed, focused, and guest-centred• Supporting and guiding junior FOH team members through daily operations
• Working closely with the FOH Lead, Supervisor and wider team to ensure smooth, seamless service
• Collaborating with kitchen, retail, and grocery teams to contribute to a connected experience across CIBI
• Contributing to the development of a positive, organised, and collaborative FOH culture
• Taking increasing ownership of the floor as you grow into the Supervisor pathway

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 year experience in a front of house role at a quality hospitality venue (Australian experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of service standards, guest experience, and floor operations
• Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members is highly regarded
• A genuine interest in taking on leadership responsibility over time
