The Role

We’re seeking an energetic, knowledgeable and motivated Strength & Conditioning / High Performance Coach to join our expanding team.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment working with junior, elite & professional athletes, delivering programs that prioritise long-term development, performance outcomes, and injury prevention.

Key Responsibilities

Coach group and individual athlete sessions with a focus on progression, technique and performance outcomes
Deliver and monitor high-performance programs across a range of sports and ability levels
Maintain a professional, safe, and motivating training environment
Assist in athlete testing, load management, and program adjustments
