Love festivals? Don’t mind getting your hands dirty? Come help us build and pack down our Tent Village across three epic summer festivals. It’s physical, outdoorsy work with a great crew—rain, hail or shine. 💪⛺️
We’re hiring for:
Core Crew (all 3 festivals): Dec 1 – Jan 6 (days off between shows)
Ballarat Crew: Dec 1–5 & Dec 7–9
Ballarat Bump-Out Only: Dec 7–9
Canberra Crew: Dec 10–12 & Dec 15–17
What you’ll do:
Set up and pack down tents and mattresses—we're looking at about 500 tents and over 1100 inflatable mattresses.
You are:
✅ Cool with physical work & long days
✅ Reliable, switched on, and detail-minded
✅ Team player with a good attitude (and decent banter)
Pay & Perks:
💰 $33.19/hr + penalty rates
🎟 Free festival ticket (except Bump-Out Only)
🛌 Free tent & mat hire for camping during work/festival
🥪 Lunch on work days
🚌 Transport to/from sites if needed
