Redpath Partners is partnering with a growing investment real estate group to recruit a highly organised, proactive Administrator to support their sales team.

The role will work closely with the Front-End Sales Manager and property consultants, providing day-to-day administration support and assisting with client appointments, calls, CRM management and general team coordination.

Responsibilities

General day-to-day administration support for the team.
Coordinating and managing daily appointments.
Ensuring consultants have relevant client and appointment information.
Managing and updating client records and data within Salesforce.
Making and receiving client calls using Aircall.
Confirming appointments and following up with clients as required.
Liaising with Discovery Consultants (DCs) before and after appointments.
Keeping appointment and client information accurate and up to date across relevant systems.
General sales administration and follow-up tasks.
Using AI and technology tools to assist with administrative efficiency and everyday processes.
Assisting in management of team compliance

Candidate Profile

Highly organised and detail-oriented.
Confident and professional on the phone.
Proactive and able to manage multiple administrative tasks.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
Salesforce, CRM or similar system experience - tech confident
Comfortable making and receiving client calls.
Previous administration or sales support experience preferred.
Experience within property, investment real estate, mortgage broking, financial services or a similar client-facing environment would be highly regarded.

Salary
Starting at $75k + Super
