Step Ahead Sports Physio is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Physiotherapist to join our growing team on Sydney’s Lower North Shore.

This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician with 2+ years experience who is passionate about sports physiotherapy, enjoys exercise-based rehab, and wants to continue developing their clinical skills in a supportive private practice environment.

Post-operative clients

About the Role

You will manage a varied caseload including sports injuries, post-operative rehab, preventative performance clients, hip and knee osteoarthritis clients, and return-to-run / return-to-sport clients.

This role will suit a physio with strong diagnostic skills, who enjoys combining hands-on care, exercise prescription, and clear management planning.

You will have opportunities to develop skills in:

Clinical assessment and diagnosis
Exercise rehabilitation
Gym-based rehab programming
Running and field-based return-to-sport progressions
Strength and conditioning integration
Building and managing your own caseload

Future sports coverage opportunities may also be available for the right candidate.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

A qualified Physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration
Minimum 2 years clinical experience preferred
Strong diagnostic skills and clinical reasoning
Excellent management planning and progression skills
Strong communicator with excellent people skills
Motivated, professional, and reliable
Passionate about ongoing learning and development
Interested in sports physio and exercise rehab
