The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Administrator to join our growing team. You will provide project coordination and administrative support to ensure engineering and manufacturing projects are delivered efficiently, on time and within organisational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project schedules, milestones and resource allocations.
Prepare, maintain and administer project documentation, including contracts, reports and project records.
Monitor project progress and maintain accurate project tracking systems.
Prepare progress reports, project updates and performance summaries for management and clients.
Collect, analyse and report project data to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and clients regarding project requirements.
Assist with identifying and resolving project issues and responding to project-related enquiries.
Support the implementation of project plans, company procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure documentation complies with company policies and quality management systems.
Provide administrative support to engineering and management teams as required.

Requirements

Diploma or higher qualification in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline; alternatively, at least three years of relevant work experience.
At least one year of work experience in project administration or project coordination within engineering, manufacturing or industrial environments.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Experience working in engineering, manufacturing or CNC machining industries.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and document control systems.
