The Role:
Millennium have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manger to join the team.
This role is ideal for individuals who love working in a fast-paced environment, have great attention to detail, and enjoy creating clean and welcoming spaces for our clients and customers.
Roster
Monday to Friday 7:00 am - 3:36 pm roster with flexibility required when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Effective task scheduling to ensure deadlines and SLAs are met.
- Assigning duties, conducting spot checks, and ensuring task completion.
- Supporting staff with guidance and mentorship.
- Onboarding new team members.
- Coaching on cleaning methods, safety protocols, and site-specific requirements.
- Handling interpersonal issues calmly and fairly.
- Escalating problems appropriately when needed.
- Adherence to Workplace Health & Safety
- Taking immediate and appropriate action during accidents or hazards.
- Reporting and documenting incidents clearly and promptly.
- Giving instructions to team members.
- Responding to client requests and feedback professionally.
- Ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining service standards.
- Knowledge of safe chemical use (SDS sheets, dilution ratios, etc.).
- Use and maintenance of cleaning equipment (scrubbers & vacuums).
About You:
- Experience as a manager in commercial cleaning preferred.
- Experience in cleaning in retail environments.
- Experience managing large sites of approx.
- Computer skills required to manage rosters and basic systems.
- Shows up on time, consistently meets expectations.
- Attention to Detail; Notices when areas are missed or need improvement
- Show initiative and takes action without always waiting for direction.
- Can respond to last-minute changes or challenges quickly.
- Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
