As a small not for profit facility, we have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our residents, their families and our work mates. What will you be doing?
- Working directly with our residents in a hands on role
- Providing leadership to the care team to provide a high standard of care
- Ensuring legislative requirements and compliance are met
- Ensuring accurate documentation.
- Holistic assessments of our residents
- Care plan development
- Evaluating and making clinical decisions
- Medication administration
