Sante Recruitment is proud to partner with **North West Hospital and Health Service (NWHHS)** in seeking an experienced **Physician in General Medicine** or **Rural Generalist with advanced training in Adult Internal Medicine** to join the team at **Mount Isa Hospital**.

**About the Role**
* Provide expert care in **General Medicine** for a diverse regional patient base
* Collaborate with a **multidisciplinary team** to deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centred care
* Participate in service development, quality improvement, and medical education
* Contribute to the hospital’s commitment to training and supporting junior doctors and registrars
**About You**
* **Fellowship with RACP** in General Medicine, or
* **FACRRM / FRACGP-RG** with **AST/ARST in Adult Internal Medicine**
* Current AHPRA registration (or eligible)
* Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
* Commitment to excellence in clinical care and rural health outcomes

**Competitive package up to \$671,316 p.a.** including:
* Base salary \$8,062 – \$10,221.70 p.f. (L18–L27)
