Hotel All-Rounder – Iconic Outback Location Start Date ASAP
The Innamincka Hotel is an award-winning outback hotel located on the banks of Cooper Creek in remote South Australia, just south-west of the QLD border. A popular tourist stop and true outback experience, we are seeking an enthusiastic Hotel All-Rounder to join our close-knit team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for someone who enjoys remote hospitality and working across all areas of a hotel. Duties include:
Bar work (H&L experience an advantage)
Meal running and basic kitchen assistance
Housekeeping with strong attention to detail
Reception duties including reservations, phones, invoicing and tour groups (Little Hotelier experience an advantage)
Dishwashing and general assistance across the venue

Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a small team
Flexible and willing to learn all aspects of the business
Comfortable living and working in a remote destination
Respect for local culture and community
Essential Requirements
Current SA RSA (SITHFAB002)
Current Food Handling Certificate (SITXFSA101) an advantage
Current First Aid Certificate
Ability to work a 6-day roster and adapt to roster changes
Australian citizen or valid working visa (no sponsorship available)
Accommodation & Benefits
Accommodation and 3 meals per day provided
Cost: 110 per week, deducted from wages (shared accommodation may apply)
Flights provided from Brisbane to Thargomindah or Adelaide, with return flights at contract completion
If the contract is not fulfilled, flight costs must be reimbursed by the employee
