An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and people-focused Career & Education Consultants to join a growing education and student engagement business working alongside leading universities and education providers across Australia.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and helping prospective students explore flexible study pathways and career opportunities.

Working within a supportive and fast-paced environment, you will engage with prospective students, understand their goals and guide them toward suitable online and remote study options available through partnered education providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Speak with prospective students regarding study and career pathways
Build rapport and provide guidance around available education options
Assist students throughout the enrolment and enquiry process
Follow up leads and maintain strong communication
Work closely with education partners and internal support teams
Achieve individual performance and enrolment targets

About You:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Previous sales, recruitment, education or customer service experience highly regarded
Motivated by achieving results and earning commission
Confident speaking with people over the phone and online
Organised, proactive and self-driven
Passionate about helping people improve their career opportunities through education
