About the Role:
We are partnering with a growing Melbourne construction business seeking an organised, proactive and adaptable Office All Rounder to become a key support to the Director and wider team. You'll gain exposure across office administration, estimating support, project coordination and business operations while helping keep projects and day-to-day functions running smoothly.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director and office operations
Manage scheduling, calendars, email correspondence and general coordination
Maintain office systems, workflows and business processes
Assist with estimating and quotation preparation
Support project administration and coordination activities
Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and clients professionally
Prepare and maintain project records and documentation
Assist with compliance administration and company procedures
Learn and utilise construction management systems and software

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in administration, office coordination or project support roles
Construction, building, trades or project-based industry exposure essential
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communication skills with a professional and proactive approach
Comfortable learning new systems and technology

Benefits & Perks:

Salary package of $70,000 - $90,000 + super (depending on experience)
Monday to Friday - 8:00am-4:00pm (negotiable)
