We’re looking for a driven and motivated individual who can support the team in delivering exceptional service, managing day-to-day operations, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Support daily service, guide, and mentor junior staff, uphold brand standards, and ensure smooth FOH operations during shifts.

What We’re Looking For

Previous leadership experience in a high-volume, quality-driven venue
A calm, confident leadership style that builds trust and motivates teams.
Strong guest-focus with an eye for detail
Solid understanding of rostering, budgets, and cost control (for management roles)
Experience with systems like Deputy, POS, and stock management
Availability for weekends, nights, and peak service times
