We're looking for a qualified and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team at the Gold Coast Performance Centre!
1-on-1 coaching | Small group training | State of the art training facilities | Part-time / Full-time contracts available.

Contracted position: Part time or full time contract available. ABN Required. Rental agreement in place for each position.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about health and fitness. You gain great satisfaction by seeing your clients succeed. You are someone who has 2+ years experience in the industry and can demonstrate competency delivering tailored health and fitness advice to individuals.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Flexibility to manage your own hours (4:30am - 9:00pm operating hours) and unlimited income potential.
The opportunity to operate and train clients within all facilities across the centre (Gym, Pools, 400m Track & Field, and more).
Supporting the GCPC Personal Training Promo initiative and generating ongoing leads through this.
Option to host your very own workshops or small group PT sessions to an array of members.
Attending Bi-Monthly PT Team Meetings where we discuss ideas, centre procedures, upcoming initiatives, and all other instances relevant to the Personal Training team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Building progressive relationships with members and the GCPC community.
Helping drive gym culture, accountability and retention.
Bringing energy, motivation and your own positivity to your clients and the gym floor.
Supports GCPC events, initiatives and challenges that positively influence the widespread of members.
Being part of a Personal Training team that collaborate together and exchange ideas that add an overall value to the GCPC and its’ community.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Experienced Personal Trainer (2+ years) with a close attention to detail.
Strong understanding of basic strength fundamentals.
Your own unique flair that supports a range of health and fitness goals at the GCPC.
Ability to train a diverse range of clients with a widespread of goals.
Reliability, professionalism, and strong sense of pride to their service delivery.
Friendly and apporachable in nature.
