As our operations continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and organised Office Manager to join our team and support the day-to-day administration and business operations of the company.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing office administration functions and ensuring the efficient operation of the business.

The candidate is expected to perform the following:

· Managing day-to-day office operations, administrative systems, and business support functions.

· Coordinating office procedures and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

· Assisting with staff onboarding, personnel records, and general human resources administration.

· Maintaining company records, policies, compliance documentation, and confidential files.

· Liaising with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to support business operations.

· Supervising administrative staff and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

· Supporting management with reporting, project administration, and operational requirements.

· Liaising with external professionals and IT providers to coordinate superannuation administration and accounting systems.

Successful applicants will need to demonstrate the following:

· A relevant qualification in Business, Management, Administration, or a related field.

· A minimum of 12 months of relevant experience in an office administration or management role.

· Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office management systems.

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

· Experience within listed investment markets and an understanding of superannuation is preferred.
