About Us

Adelita Wine Bar is a well established boutique wine bar located in the Wynnum–Manly area, opened in November 2022, operating Wednesday through to Sunday. We are known for our quality share-style menu featuring modern Australian cuisine with a contemporary European twist, paired with a carefully curated global wine list that highlights both established producers and emerging local winemakers.

We pride ourselves on creating memorable dining experiences in a warm, community-focused setting.

The Role

Working closely with Head Chef Luke Pedan, you'll play an important role in delivering the high-quality food and dining experience that Adelita has become known for.

This is a hands-on position suited to an experienced Chef de Partie who enjoys working in a small, close-knit team where everyone supports one another.

You'll contribute ideas, maintain high standards of consistency and presentation, and help drive a kitchen culture built on creativity, teamwork and excellence.

Together, we're building Adelita Wine Bar into one of Brisbane's leading neighbourhood dining destinations.

About You

You're passionate about food and hospitality and enjoy working in a professional yet supportive kitchen.

You have previous experience in a quality kitchen and are confident working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. You take pride in your work, remain calm under pressure, and genuinely care about creating exceptional dishes.

Most importantly, you bring a positive attitude and a desire to continue learning and growing your craft.

The Ideal Candidate Will

Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie.
Bring a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
Be passionate about seasonal produce and quality ingredients.
Demonstrate creativity while respecting consistency and execution.
Be organised, efficient and calm under pressure.
Take pride in delivering beautifully presented dishes.
Work well within a supportive, hands on team environment.
Be reliable, motivated and eager to grow with the business.
