Based at a leading financial institution, at a prestigious CBD location, we are seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join our collaborative team in providing a professional, polite and efficient experience on our client floor.

This is a full-time role (38 hours per week) based on a rotating roster with shifts covering the hours of operation 7.30am to 6.00pm.

THE POSITION

Provide a warm, professional, friendly and welcoming style of service to customers and clients at all times
Following established procedures and registration with regard to both expected and unexpected arrivals
Book meeting rooms and facilitate booking updates as required
Ensure emails, intranet and phone enquiries are managed in a timely manner
Manage and document client feedback

THE PERSON

Experienced in a comparable reception/client service environment
Excellent communication skills
Impeccable personal presentation
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
A genuine sense of hospitality, with a commitment to delivering platinum service
Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality

**Due to the nature of these roles, a baseline background check will be completed prior to starting, therefore full time working rights and either residency or citizenship is a mandatory requirement**
