We are seeking a Picture Framer to join our team at Fantastic Framing. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for craftsmanship and an eye for detail, ensuring that each framing project meets our high standards of quality and aesthetics. Responsibilities: Consult with clients to understand their framing needs and preferences Assist clients in selecting appropriate framing materials, styles, and finishes Measure and cut mats and frame components accurately and precisely Assemble frames using various tools and techniques Mount artwork securely within frames, ensuring proper alignment and presentation Deliveries and Hanging Services Inspect finished projects for quality control and make any necessary adjustments Maintain a clean and organized workspace Provide exceptional customer service throughout the framing process Requirements: Driver's License - advantage Previous experience in picture framing or related field - preferred Proficiency with framing tools and equipment, including mat cutters, saws, and joiners - preferred Strong attention to detail and precision Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Creative problem-solving abilities Knowledge of conservation framing techniques is a plus Benefits: Opportunities for skill development and advancement Friendly and collaborative work environment Join our team at Fantastic Framing and be part of a dynamic company dedicated to preserving and showcasing the beauty of artwork and memories.
