Hi everyone - we're getting ready for a busy summer season of events, and are looking for new crew members to help us set up and supervise in Sydney!
If you haven't heard of us, Monsterball is a Jumping Castle & Inflatable hire company. We deliver events in Sydney offering our inflatable equipment. Think Jumping Castles, Obstacle Courses and Water Slides. It's our job to bring the fun wherever we go!
We’re hoping to find strong, capable crew members to set up our inflatable amusements, drive to events, and supervise kids’ activations with energy and professionalism. Jumping castles may sound like squishy silly fun (which they are!) but they also require strength and a can-do attitude to set up!
About you:
--> Hands on, physical work
--> Weekend work required
--> Confident driver preferred
--> Working with Children check required
--> You'll sometimes receive complex delivery or setup instructions from our team and customers, so very good English is essential.
--> Silly, fun-loving personality critical!
The role would be casual with working times that flex around our events. The hours will start to build from now until the peak of the Summer.
How you'll spend your shifts:
- Picking up equipment from our Freemans Reach warehouse
- Driving to and from events
- Setting up inflatables
- Confidently and professionally supervising events; helping people use the equipment, ensuring safety of attendees, making sure everyone has fun!
- Liaising with customers while you're at events
- Packing down the equipment, keeping it clean for the next event
- Collaborating with your colleagues, with occasional lone work once you're fully trained
