Uplift Training & Performance is on the lookout for a creative and motivated uni student to join our team as a Content Creator & Marketing Assistant! If you're passionate about fitness, storytelling, and making content that actually connects with people, this is your chance to get hands-on experience in a supportive and inspiring environment.
About the Role:
This is a paid, part-time role ideal for someone currently studying or recently graduated in marketing, media, or design. You'll work closely with our founder and head coach to bring the Uplift brand to life across social platforms—Instagram, TikTok, and more. We’re based in Richmond, and while some remote work is possible, being onsite regularly is a big plus (we want you to capture the energy of our studio and members!).
What You’ll Do:
✅ Plan, shoot, and edit video/photo content in and around our studio
✅ Create engaging posts, stories, and reels for Instagram & TikTok
✅ Capture real client moments, success stories, and transformations
✅ Assist with basic marketing tasks (email campaigns, social scheduling, Canva designs)
✅ Bring creative ideas to the table that help us stand out in the fitness space
What We’re Looking For:
✨ A uni student or recent grad in marketing, media, comms, or a creative field
✨ Comfortable behind a camera and confident editing short-form content
✨ Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends
✨ Creative eye and a good feel for storytelling
✨ Passion for fitness, health, or personal development
✨ Reliable, proactive, and excited to be part of a growing brand
