What we need from you:
- You have a genuine passion for your work as a carer and want to assist people to live as independently as possible
- You connect with each of your clients because of your excellent communication skills, your confidence and your positive outlook.
- Minimum of 6 months experience
- Cert III - Aged care / Individual Support or equivalent
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- Current flu vaccination evidence
- Fully Covid vaccinated as per VIC government requirements
- Have or be willing to obtain a NDIS workers screening card
- Drivers licence, reliable car and mobile phone
