About the Role
We're seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver & Pick Packer to join a leading manufacturing and distribution facility in Kilsyth. This is a long‑term, ongoing role offering stability, consistent hours, and guaranteed pay progression.
You'll be part of a high‑performing warehouse team where accuracy, safety, and independence are valued. If you enjoy hands‑on work and can operate confidently with limited supervision, this role will suit you well.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick orders based on daily warehouse requirements
Pack products securely to ensure safe and damage‑free transport
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines
Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment
Operate a forklift to load/unload trucks and move stock throughout the warehouse
Support general warehouse operations as required
Skills & Experience
Valid LF Forklift Licence
Experience in picking, packing, and forklift operations
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail
Physically fit with the ability to lift, move, and stand for extended periods
Quick learner with strong problem‑solving skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
