Imperatif Call Centre Partners are seeking call centre staff to join our team based in our small but busy call centre in Banyo.
The role will involve undertaking inbound and outbound TeleSurvey, Customer Service and TeleMarketing calls with our clients existing customers or businesses.
The role is varied over different well known clients, alternating services and unique campaigns.
You will need;
• Excellent communication skills • A professional and confident attitude • A world class phone manner • The ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
