Support Coordinator Seeking – Independent experienced Support Worker
Location – The Gap Area
Hours – Friday and Saturday 9am till 1pm
Job Description – We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring support worker to assist a female young adult with
social engagement two days per week. The ideal candidate will enjoy taking the client out and about, trying new things and socializing in the community.
You must have your own car that can fit a manual wheelchair, be physically fit to assist with transfers and have experience in personal care.
Liability insurance, NDIS worker screening and current police check is also required.
