As the ICT Computer Services Team Leader, you will be the operational heartbeat of our technical team. Reporting to the Computer Services Manager, you will manage day-to-day resource direction, oversee endpoint architecture, and ensure the district's infrastructure is secure, reliable, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Provide technical guidance and operational leadership to the Infrastructure and Computer Services Team.
Service Excellence: Oversee ServiceNow queues, ensuring incidents and changes are managed within an ITIL framework.
Endpoint Integrity: Manage the implementation and maintenance of the district’s ICT endpoints and infrastructure.
Cyber Security: Support a secure environment by reporting threats and maintaining Essential 8 maturity.
Collaboration: Represent the ICT team in departmental meetings and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Critical Support: Participate in the after-hours on-call roster to manage escalations of critical incidents.
You are a seasoned technical leader with a passion for mentoring staff and driving high-quality outcomes. Your background includes:
Technical Expertise: Strong skills in Office 365, Intune, SCCM, and Windows 11.
Analytical Prowess: Proven ability to interpret complex issues and develop evidence-based solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Experience managing third-party vendors and establishing productive internal relationships.
Adaptability: Ability to balance competing priorities in a growing, high-pressure clinical environment.
