We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Operators to join our morning shift team in a fast-paced printing environment. This role involves operating laser marking machines, maintaining quality standards, and following workplace safety procedures.
Morning Shift:
* Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Pay Rate:
* $31.19 per hour + super
Our printing environment uses laser marking machines to produce a wide range of products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate laser marking machines efficiently and accurately following instructions
* Maintain production records and reports
* Inspect printed products to ensure quality standards are met
* Report machine faults, product defects, and safety concerns promptly
* Maintain a clean and organised work area
* Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies
* Participate in team meetings and required training
Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
* Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
* Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Basic computer skills
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
Additional Requirements:
* A current police check is required for this position
