We are looking for a vibrant, efficient, hard working Ski Man-Ski Shop Technician to work for the 2026 winter snow season at the Snow Gate Motel in the NSW Snowy Mountains town of Berridale. Accommodation is available, and the rent will be specified in your contract and often includes some meals and a bed in a share room. You must have suitable experience working in a ski hire shop and Snowboard and ski experience a must have. Duties will include: Ski/Board rental, Boot fitting, and Maintenance, cleaning and repair of equipment. Must be handy with power and hand tools. We will also consider tradesmen such as carpenters etc to work in the ski hire, so excellent position for tradesmen looking to spend a winter in the Snowy Mountains! We also employ a number of ‘all-rounders’ whose role will be a mixture of food service, ski rentals & Housekeeping along with other jobs within our resort. We pay above award rates of pay, with shared accommodation available to all employees. With great benefits including free ski hire from our rental store and some meals included.
