Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and versatile all-rounder to join our team. this role involves supporting bar operations, maintaining cleanliness through house keeping duties, and assisting in the kitchen. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Bar duties - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - Provide friendly and efficient customer service - Operate POS system and handle cash transactions - Ensure responsible service of alcohol in line with regulations House keeping duties - Clean and maintain guest areas, bathrooms, hotel/motel rooms and shared spaces - Change lines, empty bins and restock amenities - Ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation - Report maintain issues Kitchen support duties - Assist with basic food preparation - Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas - Support chefs during busy service periods - Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices Staff accomodation can be provided if the applicant chooses to relocate
