Your new role
Reporting into the Associate Director of Projects, you will support the project team in all areas of project delivery from initial scope to practicals. Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Coordinating calendars, meetings and workshops across multiple projects and stakeholders
- Managing project inboxes, correspondence and follow‑up actions
- Preparing meeting agendas, minutes and action registers
- Assisting with the preparation, formatting and issuing of project documentation and reports
- Supporting document control and filing across project management platforms
- Coordinating stakeholder meetings, site visits and workshops
- Assisting with travel, accommodation and itinerary management
- Invoice processing, purchase order tracking and expense reconciliation
- Supporting tender submissions, consultant engagements and procurement documentation
- Monitoring project programs, deadlines and key deliverables
- Maintaining project registers including risks, variations and approvals
- Liaising with contractors, consultants, clients and suppliers
- Assisting with onboarding, inductions and security clearance documentation
- Preparing presentations, briefing notes and professional correspondence
- General office administration and executive support to senior project staff
- Data entry, spreadsheet management and records administration
- As a Graduate Project Administrator, you will provide essential project and administrative support across multiple property projects, working closely with Project Managers, Assistant
- Project Managers and senior stakeholders. You will gain hands‑on exposure to the full project lifecycle while developing the foundations for a future Assistant Project Manager role.
What you'll need to succeed
This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or final‑year university student looking to launch a career in Project Management within a Property Consultancy environment.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- A recently completed or near‑completion degree in Property, Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Urban Development or a related discipline
- A strong interest in building a long‑term career in Project Management within a Property Consultancy
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong document presentation skills
- Confidence engaging with a variety of stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn from senior project professionals
- Previous experience in property, construction, professional services or project environments (through internships, part‑time roles or placements) will be highly regarded but is not essential.
