High Reach Forklift Driver

Are you an experienced warehouse professional with strong reach forklift skills? We're currently seeking a reliable and motivated Receiving Operative / High-Reach Driver to join a busy and well-established logistics operation based in Altona.
This is an ongoing role with genuine temp-to-perm potential for the right candidate.
Hours & Benefits
- Monday to Friday roster
- Start between 6:00am - 8:00am
- Finish between 2:00pm - 4:00pm - we need flixibility
- Overtime available
- Ongoing, stable work
- Opportunity for full-time permanent placement
Key Responsibilities
- Operating reach forklift (including double deep racking)
- Putaway and retrieval of stock
- Receiving and dispatch duties
- Using RF scanners for inventory management
- Manual handling and lifting as required
- Working safely within a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Supporting team operations and meeting daily targets
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2+ years' experience as a high-reach forklift driver
- Experience with double deep racking
- Experience driving a 10 tonne forklift - we need a minimum of 2/3 of these requirements
- RF scanning experience
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Good English communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willing to perform manual duties (not forklift-only role)
