The Role
We’re looking for a full-time Chef de Partie to join the kitchen as we head into winter and dialing up for spring/summer. You’ll be confident on the grill, eager to upskill, and comfortable working across a menu that celebrates provenance and creativity in equal measure.
About You
- A team player with solid experience in a similar venue
- Competent and confident on the grill
- Curious about ingredients and excited to learn
- Professional, adaptable, and consistent under pressure
- Weekend availability essential
What We Offer
- Full time role, 30–40 hours per week
- $32.25–$37 per hour depending on experience
