Your new role
Due to upcoming
Project works, we are seeking an experienced Warehouse
Operative to join the team on an 8/6
roster (rotating day & night shifts) on an ongoing basis. This is a Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) role from Townsville,
with meals and accommodation fully provided
during your roster.
In this
fast-paced mining warehouse environment, your responsibilities will include:
- Receipting and dispatching
goods
- Inspecting incoming
materials
- Conducting stock takes and
maintaining inventory accuracy
- Unloading deliveries and
de-stuffing containers using a forklift
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful
in this role, you will have:
- Proven warehouse
experience on a mine site (essential)
- Current forklift ticket
- Manual driving licence
- MR licence (highly
regarded but not essential)
