We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Process / Packing Operator to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. If you enjoy working in a production environment, take pride in quality work, and value safety and teamwork - we want to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing
Manufacturing & Packing
- Operate manufacturing and packing equipment efficiently
- Mix ingredients and follow production recipes
- Carry out cooking, mincing, formulation, packing, labelling and batching processes
- Set up and calibrate machinery including fillers, labellers, and inkjet printers
- Move finished goods to warehouse areas
- Assist with machine cleaning and preventative maintenance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Quality & Safety
- Follow GMP, GDP, QMS, and OH&S standards
- Ensure products meet quality and compliance requirements
- Maintain clean and hygienic work areas
- Complete production records and documentation accurately
- Participate in audits, training, and safety programs
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing or packaging
- Forklift licence highly regarded
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting 12-16kg regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, organised, and safety-focused
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
- Experience with production systems such as Pronto is advantageous
