What you will be doing:
1: Assisting the Head Chef in the management and supervision of the kitchen team.
2: Ensuring strict supervision to food and hygiene standards.
3: Training and developing kitchen staff to maintain high standards of culinary excellence.
4: Helping to create and execute innovative seasonal menus that showcase the best of local produce.
5: With the collaboration of the front of house team to delivery an exceptional donning experience.
6: Monitor the inventory levels and placing the orders as needed.
