The Role
You will play a key role in executing and optimising loyalty initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery across both digital and in-field touchpoints. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll help bring campaigns to life while maximising ROI and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Loyalty Program Execution
- Deliver and optimise loyalty program activities and campaigns
- Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all customer touchpoints
- Align loyalty communications with broader retail marketing initiatives
Campaigns & Promotions
- Execute targeted promotions and tactical offers
- Manage campaign priorities and budgets with a strong ROI focus
- Coordinate creative and execution across internal teams and agencies
Partnership Management
- Manage loyalty partnerships and contracts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive commercial and customer value
Insights & Optimisation
- Monitor program performance and provide reporting
- Use data and insights to inform decisions and continuously improve campaigns
Collaboration & Delivery
- Partner with sales, operations, digital, and regional teams to deliver integrated campaigns
About You
You're a proactive, data-driven marketer with a passion for delivering impactful campaigns and driving customer engagement.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years' marketing experience, ideally within loyalty or CRM-focused roles (required)
- Background in retail, convenience, or broader consumer marketing highly regarded
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on ROI and performance
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Strong attention to detail and creative judgement
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (advantageous)
- Understanding of Australian marketing and advertising regulations
