We are on a family owned cattle station in North Qld, and require one girl to help look after our 2 small children. This position will also entail some gardening, cleaning, cooking and feeding animals. Looking after our children is probably half of this position so a genuine interest and experience in child care is a must. We attend campdrafts in our local area so you must be ok to travel with us and work weekends occasionally. The applicant must - Be friendly and enthusiastic - Have lots of energy - Be flexible and have a can do attitude - Be willing to give anything a go - Speak fluent English - Have neat and tidy habits We offer - private air conditioned accommodation with ensuite and kitchen - 26.50 hourly rate - extra 100 per week to help buy food which you cook yourself - free wifi - average hours worked daily are 8 but can sometimes be more. - you have most weekends off but do work them occasionally A typical day might look like: 7am-8am cleaning and feeding animals 8am-11am looking after children 11am-1pm lunch break 1pm-3pm looking after the kids 3pm-4pm gardening 4pm-5pm cleaning We are on a remote cattle station which is 100km from our nearest town, and don’t have other full time staff all the time so the applicant must be happy to live independently.
