All-Rounder – Restaurant, Motel & Bar (The Capricorn, Blackwater QLD) The position of All-Rounder at The Capricorn, Blackwater involves supporting daily operations across multiple areas including the restaurant, motel, bar, and retail/service operations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone adaptable, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.(Prefer couples but individuals are more then welcome to apply) The role focuses on maintaining smooth day-to-day operations, delivering quality customer service, and supporting different departments as required. The ideal candidate will have prior hospitality experience, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow within the business. This is a Casual position (minimum 38 hours per week) with an immediate or flexible start. Accommodation is provided, making it suitable for candidates, including backpackers, who can commit to a minimum of 6 months.
