COOK / ALL-ROUNDER / BARISTA Start Date: End of August early September. (now) We are looking for an English speaking, energetic, cook / all rounder / barista, for the Side Track Café in Collarenebri. The position is for a short order cook with some barista work also required. Ordering and baking experience highly regarded. The opportunity for bar work may also be a possibility (RSA & RCG essential). 88 days / 6 months eligible (payslip provided weekly) Accommodation is provided above the café @ 100/ week (private room) Guaranteed 40 hours a week. As there are only two people who operate the café, we are looking for an individual who is capable of cooking to order in a sometimes, fast paced environment whilst being able to also multitask e.g. taking orders, making coffee, making milkshakes, table service, cleaning dishes, and helping out when needed. The café averages ~50+ coffees a day, so being an all-rounder and helping where needed is necessary. The café operates 7 days a week, 7am-3pm.
