Key Responsibilities Daily Operations: Assist the Venue Manager in running smooth floor operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor floor and bar staff; foster a positive, energetic team culture. Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to Queensland liquor licensing, gaming regulations, and workplace safety standards. Financial & Inventory Control: Oversee stock management, minimize waste, and contribute to labor cost controls and target metrics. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Proven management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment (pub, hotel, venue, or gaming lounge).
