Hey guys, Being upfront, we are looking for one new sales representative to join our team at Eagle Enterprises. Imagine a role where you are in control of your growth, a role where you have the potential to earn 1,000+ a day and a role which can also lead to leading your own team and making commissions on their sales. That is some of what we are offering, there is more; Although experience is really preferred, we provide full in-house training – Scripts, learning material and mentoring. We are building a culture that is mission first, so this isn’t for the faint of heart. Only the powerful (Communication skills + mentally), those who want to conquer and be better can do this role. If this speaks to you, there is a bit below about what we need from our newest teammate. We are after someone who can commit to the role and get to a position where 2-3 sales a day is made. This is a commission-only role, and hitting this target is highly doable after some time and applied effort to learn and grow. These numbers will allow you to make 1,500 - 2,000 a week and from there we would raise our sights for you and help coach you to a position where you are doubling to tripling these figures. Multiple of our fundraisers make these numbers consistently, with the current best week of 12,000 take home. We really need a professional and growth mindset. Ideally this is a role you see yourself growing into, with time and energy. If someone could start at the level just mentioned, it wouldn’t be worth that amount of money. It is because this is a challenging, but extremely rewarding role, that we have the potential to outearn all other professions. In addition to the money, this role will teach you how to persuade, how to further your confidence and communication skills, how to get what you want in life, and will build your character in ways no employee/employer role can.
