Lovaxy is a premium Australian beauty brand specialising in custom luxury female press-on nails. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Retail Supervisor to join our growing team in Warrnambool, Regional Victoria.

This is a full-time career opportunity and the successful applicant must be available to work full-time in Warrnambool.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Overseeing daily retail operations.
Ensuring that customers receive prompt service and quality goods and services.
Responding to customers’ inquiries and complaints about goods and services.
Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties.
Interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, dismissing and promoting staff, and resolving staff grievances.
Instructing staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales procedures.
Examining returned goods and deciding on appropriate action.
Taking inventory of goods for sale and ordering new stock.
Ensuring that goods and services are correctly priced and displayed.
Ensuring safety and security procedures are enforced.
Overseeing daily retail operations.
Managing and supervising retail staff.
Maintaining store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Reporting on buying trends, customer needs and profits.
Providing constructive feedback to staff.
Implementing promotional events and sales activities.

Essential Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience as a female beauty retail supervisor.
Minimum 1 year experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
Experience within the nail industry is essential.
Experience creating social media posts for business promotion.
Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification and Experience

At least one year of leadership and/or relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification.

Annual Salary:

$80,500 plus super
