THE POSITION:
- Providing a high level of hospitality experience in the corporate sector
- Lead, motivate, and support FOH team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high-performance culture
- Train new and existing staff on service standards, food safety, and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure consistent, high-quality service
THE PERSON:
- Previous experience in team lead is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills are necessary in order to liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams on daily basis to maintain uninterrupted operation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol required
- Understanding of Allergen management systems and requirements
- Computer skills, usage of Google tools is a plus
