As our Retail Store Assistant you will be the face of Mitchell’s Fruit & Veg – keeping our store fresh, full, and welcoming every day. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service: Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring a positive experience every time.
- Merchandising & Store Presentation: Filling shelves, rotating stock, maintaining fresh displays, and ensuring produce quality standards are met.
- Sales & Checkout: Operating the register, handling cash and EFTPOS transactions, and processing orders efficiently.
- Stock Handling: Assisting with deliveries, unpacking, and back-of-house organisation.
- Teamwork: Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent service standards.
- Store Standards: Upholding cleanliness, safety, and compliance with food handling and workplace health & safety guidelines.
