The Position
- Leading barista and food service operations
- Preparing and managing online orders
- Stock control, rotation, and ordering
- Accurate and efficient POS operation
- General cleaning duties to maintain a safe, hygienic workspace
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and allergen management requirements
- Demonstrating excellent time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment
- Maintaining the service area to a consistently high standard
The Person
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in leading a team
- Strong knowledge of Food safety and allergen management
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Hold a Working With Childrens Check
- RSA
