Casual Chef
$38.75 per hour plus 12% Super
- Monday - Friday (Occasionally Sunday)
- 7am -3pm
- 24 - 38 hours per week
- No nights or split shifts

THE POSITION:
- Food production for high-volume catering and functions across multiple corporate sites
- Communicate effectively within the culinary team to ensure completion of tasks and goals
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
- Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS
THE PERSON
- 3+ years Chef experience and must hold a minimum Certificate III Commercial Cookery
- Specific background in corporate catering / events / high volume catering
- Strong eye for detail
- High degree of food safety & allergen awareness
- Ability to work with a diverse kitchen team in a fast paced, dynamic environment
