Refrigeration Technician / HVAC
$52.99 Per Hour + Penalties + Super + Retention Bonus

- Rotating Roster | 0600- 1400 AM / 1000 – 1800

THE POSITION
- Building Maintenance System (BMS) monitoring and reporting
- Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned works
- Provide mobile device workorders, updates and time estimates, including risk assessments.
- Actively manage and meet response times, rectification times and deadlines
- Fault finding, reactive maintenance and assisting other trades
THE PERSON
- Full Refrigerant Handling Licence, QBCC Occupational Mechanical Licence, Restricted Electrical Licence
- Be able to provide an up to date police check (no older than 3 months) on your commencement date
- Proven track record in maintenance, with experience in aged and or health care settings, advantageous
- A solid understanding of HVAC systems and BMS systems
- Hospital maintenance experience highly desirable
