The Compass Group Casual Pool team are currently recruiting Food & Beverage Attendant for Melbourne
THE POSITION:
- Provide a warm, friendly and welcoming style.
- Provide a high-level food and beverage service at a variety of sites and locations.
- Fine dining experience preferred.
- Ensuring the boardrooms are set up correctly within a timely fashion.
- Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation.
- Liaise with all team members, including chefs to access requirements for the day.
THE PERSON:
- 2-3 years of F&B experience required.
- 5 star premium dining, corporate or boardroom settings, a la-carte VIP service, hatted restaurants, conference/events, venues or airline lounges. Highly regarded.
- You’ll be an excellent communicator with superior customer service skills.
- The ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
- You’ll have great energy, a flexible approach and immaculate presentation.
- A valid RSA
