THE POSITION
- A strong focus on providing and delivering an excellent customer experience
- Leading, training, and motivating team members
- Passionate about speciality coffee products and a thirst for knowledge
- Preparing barista made coffees and manage the Cafe area
- Opening and closing procedures, manage stock control and inventory, staffing and wage costs (prepare rosters, assign specific duties)
- Operating POS systems, ordering platforms, and Microsoft Office
THE PERSON
- Experience in a similar role setting minimum 2 year experience
- A passion for exceptional service with at leading from the front
- A hands-on leader who can jump in and show how it is done
- Encourage a supportive, positive, and fun workplace for all employees
- Impeccable grooming with a warm and engaging service style
- Relevant hospitality qualifications desirable or equivalent industry experience
*As this is a full time role, Full time Australian Workings rights are mandatory
