$32.50 per hour as a permanent full-time employee + weekend penalties

The Position

Wednesday to Sunday shifts for the successful new hire
Assist and oversee food production and menu-based catering for 102 residents in this modern aged care facility.
Ensuring all OH&S compliance is achieved, adhere to safe work practices and safe food handling procedures
Ensure all catering controls are in place and wastage is kept to the minimum
Assist with rostering, ordering, stock control and other administrative duties related to a senior chef posit

The Person

Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery
Experience with cooking healthy and nutritious food in bulk quantities
Experience in HACCP, food safety and infection control
Aged care experience preferred / good understanding of IDDSI and the preparation of texture modified meals
NPC: Able to obtain a National Police Check
