Position Purpose
The Customer Solutions Specialist is responsible for managing customer enquiries in line with client and company requirements. The role focusses on delivering exceptional service, meeting performance targets, and supporting customers through accurate information handling, problem‑solving, and timely resolutions.
This position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a high‑volume contact centre environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- Must be an Australian citizen
- Must have resided in Australia for the past 5 years
- Must be able to complete mandatory background checks
- Must have full‑time availability Monday–Friday, between 8am–8pm
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment, especially during peak periods
- Must have strong computer skills (intermediate level minimum)
- Customer service experience essential — retail, hospitality, customer contact, or call centre backgrounds ideal
